What does the gift card include?

Your chosen value towards accommodation at Sheddington Manor. It is not a promise of a particular room rate, number of nights or date. Extras and fees are separate.

How is it redeemed?

The recipient applies their unique code at the direct website checkout. Choose a stay whose accommodation price is at least the full voucher value. Each voucher is used once, in one booking; it does not keep a partial balance and cannot be combined with another promotion.

When will the gift arrive?

A voucher is created only after confirmed payment. If online payment is not available, you can request the card and Jordan will arrange payment personally. A request receipt is not a redeemable voucher.

How long is it valid?

Validity is shown with your chosen gift value and begins on the date the paid voucher is issued. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher. Stays remain subject to availability and the published booking terms.

What about member gifts and private offers?

Enter your gift offer code before continuing. Member offers also require the invited member’s email address and private invitation code. Offers affect the purchase price, never the face value of the gift.

Can I change the recipient or ask for help?

Please contact Jordan with your gift reference before it is redeemed. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Contact the manor about changes or refunds; your statutory rights are unaffected.

How do gifts for selected dates work?

Choose your dates and guest count to see the price. We’ll email payment details after reviewing your request. Your voucher confirms the dates once the stay is booked. If we cannot confirm the dates, we’ll contact you about alternatives or a refund.
